Can I pledge for 1 GBP and later on upgrade my project in the pledge manager?
You can, but backing the project now with the higher amount will definitely help to fund the game. Note that you will not receive the free exclusives (Rocket & Launch Pad plastic miniatures and Moon & Mars metal coins), but would have to pay for them.

Do graphic materials depict actual game components?
Graphic materials show computer graphic visualizations and handmade prototypes of the game. The final products may vary from the ones in photos and graphics. Naturally, the quality of the final product will be much, much higher.

What is this “BackerKit” or "Pledge Manager”? What Pledge Manager do you use?

It keeps track of shipping details, preferences, quantities, pledge levels and many other aspects of the crowdfunding campaign in order to simplify fulfillment after a successful campaign. For you it means that you will be able to manage your pledge after the campaign itself has ended.

What is your refund policy?
We refund the pledge with a penalty of 15% fees that we are obliged to pay (Kickstarter, Stripe / PayPal and BackerKit fees).

How do I calculate shipping cost? How and when do I pay it?
You will be asked to pay the shipping cost in Pledge Manager after the campaign. The estimated shipping cost is: USA £15 to most states, £30 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Canada £20. EU £12 to most countries (Poland - free). Other European countries £15 - £30. Asia £30, Australia £25, New Zealand £25, Oceania £35, Latin America £35, Africa £35.
You can multiply the chosen Pledge to get significant savings on shipping costs. For example: the cost of shipping to most EU countries will be £12 for a single game and £20-36 for 2-4 games, if shipped to the same address. Call your friends and save on shipping!

What will the shipping look like?
The games will be shipped from the EU using FedEx air freight, so the delivery date will be close to the production date. Phalanx will be responsible for shipping ONLY the English, German and Polish editions of the game. Asyncron Games will be responsible for delivering French edition, Italian edition will be published and shipped by Pendragon Game Studio if there will be at least 150 Italian backers.

Are there any stretch goals?
No, the game is complete, it has been developed and tested for 2 years. Miniature sculpts are ready, the same for illustrations, layouts and rulebook. We offer here a great product at an excellent price and very short delivery period.

No, but you can take multiple games in one pledge, to save on the shipping costs.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
